We leverage our partnership with United Technologies to participate in volunteer and community outreach functions to include the Honda Classic. With 110 field offices throughout North America, a large manufacturing plant, service center and corporate headquarters there are wide range of opportunities to join our team.

Our Employee Resource Groups promote the development of their members, increase their engagement and support the attraction and retention of a diverse workforce. Otis EleVeterans vision is to promote and recognize our veterans’ identity within Otis by increasing their visibility, influence and contributions. The Otis EleVeterans group provides employees; vets and non-vets, an outlet for collaboration and networking in order to develop a strong community of employees and to drive business objectives.
